A healthy lifestyle can include
Buon! Per Te™

Living and eating healthy is not just about counting calories or carbs. The secret is understanding what makes up those calories and carbs in the foods you eat.

Chocolate Ice Cream
Figs and raisins

Buon! Per Te™ Ice Cream uses an all-natural, diabetic-friendly sweetener called DOLCIA PRIMA® Allulose. The incredible thing about allulose is that it won’t spike your blood sugar or raise your insulin levels. While it contains about 70% of the sweetness of pure sugar, it only brings with it 10% of the calories per gram.

In fact, allulose is not absorbed by your body at all. That’s important because you get the sweetness of sugar without the negative effects. So you can enjoy all of the Buon! Per Te™ flavors without disrupting your dietary requirements.

Net Carbs

Net (digestible) carbs are the actual carbs being broken down and absorbed into your bloodstream. However while the label lists Total Carbs, your body processes fiber, sugar alcohol carbs, and allulose differently. So, to calculate the net carbs in food like Buon! Per Te™ ice cream, you subtract the fiber, sugar alcohol, and the allulose from the Total Carbohydrates.

Net carbs are calculated by subtracting the grams of fiber, sugar alcohol, and allulose from the total grams of carbohydrates.
